One Piece

"One Piece" is a metaphorical illustration about standing against bullying. The inspiration came from a classic scene in the movie All’s Well, Ends Well 1992, where Stephen Chow is hung up like laundry. In the artwork, a young girl is clamped by the crocodile clips, symbolizing the bully. In front of her stands a scarecrow, representing the bystanders who remain indifferent and ignore her plight. Eventually, a black book, symbolizing justice and knowledge, swoops in like a crow to rescue her. This piece conveys an important message — in the face of bullying, silence is not neutrality. Only knowledge and justice can bring true change.
